Alternatively known as trail mix. But lets be honest, we all eat it the same way: we go hunting for the chocolate and only eat the rest when it happens to get in our way (or when we are supposed to be sharing and someone notices we are strategic picking out the chocolate).
This snack is essential for any and all activities. It’s easy to make and even easier to eat. It’s also packed with protein, essential fats, chocolate and the other good stuff you need when you’re gettin’ your glow on. It is also scientifically proven to cure ‘hanger’.
Chocolate (pick your poison, we love “Little Balls” aka Peanut M&Ms) – 1 cup
Almonds – 1 cup
Craisins – 1 cup
Cashews – 1 cup
Sunflower seeds – 1/2 cup
Popcorn – 1 cup
- Place all of the ingredients in a reusable bag or container.
- Shake it like a polaroid picture.
- Eat. Duh.
